We reply with the model recommendation, mat sizing, options, lead time and a price against your port — normally within one working day. Orders are quoted FOB, CIF or EXW; payment terms and the final specification are confirmed in the proforma invoice.
Send a photo or plan of the space. Matching a layout is faster than describing it from scratch, and it lets us tell you whether the 4 m mat will actually fit.
